DAY 23 - Paris, France

Paris conjures up images of romance and couples walking hand in hand by one of the many tree-lined boulevards. But it was the architecture that drew me in. And of course, the macarons!





The mighty Eiffel Tower that stands at 324 feet, the Arc de Triomphe, a symbol of French patriotism, or the Louvre, a semblance of French Renaissance that was later fused with the more modern glass pyramid that serves as its entrance, all these structures offer a peak into the history of this glorious country. And, all through Paris, you will be privy to different architectural styles, such as Roman, Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Rocco, Neo-Classical, Empire, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Modern, Post-Modern, and Contemporary Architecture.
